Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. It was cold outside but we did not have to switch on the heating overnight. The duvet was cozy warm. Very clean room and bathroom. As we spent our Christmas Holidays in Kalispell, everything was closed on Christmas Day. Everything. Even McDonalds and Burger King. But Holiday Inn saved us, as they were serving complimentary dinner in the breakfast room on Christmas Day: Ham, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner rolls. Thank you for saving Christmas.

The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and a short drive to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing information about nearby attractions like Glacier National Park.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by ensuring that coffee was consistently available in the dining room.

Because of a problem with the standard room I was upgraded and had reasonably spacious and well-stocked room with a tub. The service was great, I had 2 fun filled nights here. Location: the hotel was near to Kalispell in the future, and shopping centers...

Hot breakfasts with gravy and scrambled eggs, for example, everyone could try something new. We stayed in the standard room equipped with coffee as well as a tub. The location was marvellous, not too far away from Target Department Store...
